Gibbon is one town west of Winthrop, just east of Fairfax. It is on the line west to SD.

M&StL #4? If so, it was delivered in 1882 and was Manchester built.

I found this picture in my family things. I wondered if
it could be Gibbon Minn.
My grandparents lived in Mpls. I also wondered what it was they are
standing in front of.

It looks from the large steel wheels and the tongue on
the front that this is some kind of large wagon.
The aprons and the long table along the side suggest some sort of food
service operation.
I think you may be right about Gibbon. There can't be too many towns
ending in 'bbon.
