February 3, 1987 finds GP38-2 # 4632 running long hood forward as it prepares to duck under the overpass near the Eldora airport.


Rerailing a covered hopper on the FS spur in Eldora (former CI&D;track), February 17, 1987.


A lash-up of geeps rolls slowly past the United Suppliers facility south of Eldora on April 7, 1987. C&NW #s 4560, 4179, 4132 and 4622 all help to take the train back to Marshalltown.


Working hard, C&NW # 4100 (ex-Rock Island GP7) and 4606 (GP38-2) have pulled the train out of the Iowa River valley north of Steamboat Rock on April 25, 1987.
