Cedar Lake Shops and Division Office
December 1954
In right hand corner passenger equipment on coach tracks.
Large building with coupolas was steam repair shop.
I recall the rear end was where driver wheels were turned and re-tired.
The flat top building to the left housed the General Superintendent's office, Train Master,
Chief and Trick Dispatchers, Freight Claim Dept., Supt. of Motive Power on top and 2nd floor.
Bottom floor housed the storekeeper office and supplies to fill requisitions for
material such as stationery and misc. small material.
